This extremely successful training program is based on the book, “Get that job you always Wanted”, written by Sean Teer, CEO of Envision Australia almost ten (10) years ago after Sean had spent a number of years as a job search trainer for long term unemployed and disabled job seekers. Since this time “Get That Job You Always Wanted”, has been delivered to thousands of local job seekers both short term and very long term and significantly disadvantaged job seekers, achieving excellent employment outcomes.

Basic Program - 5 x 2 hour sessions

Encompasses basic marketing principles including; knowing your product, knowing your market and how to reach that market. Covers learning about yourself, canvassing strategies, resume and cover letter and job interview.

Expanded Program - 8 x 2.5 hour sessions

For job seekers with no real exposure to job hunting. Additional sessions on career assessment, job interview process and holding onto that job.

Resume and Cover Letter Writing - 2 x 2 hour sessions

The Interview Process – 2 x 2.5 hour sessions

All our programs will challenge some of the traditional views of job seeking strategies, remaining totally focussed on meeting the needs of employers. You will be amazed at what you can learn and achieve.
